This Elbeco coat has a HIPEX 3000™ shell that is completely waterproof, windproof and breathable. The coat has a reflective stripe on the collar, cuffs and on pull down panels. Two way side access zippers, waist length, removable zip out liner, 200g Thinsulate™ on the body and 100g Thinsulate™ on sleeves and an elasticized back.
